History of Loudoun
Aviation |
Loudoun Aviation, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Peter Leonard-Morgan
and Susan Kopacz with a vision to provide their clients, both buyers
and sellers of corporate jets and twin turbine helicopters, with
the finest possible level of service through their experience, teamwork,
loyalty and dedication
Loudoun Aviation believes that the following core principles summarize
the foundation stones of our company:
Reliability - We pride ourselves
on being an experienced aircraft brokerage firm. Unlike aircraft
dealers, who purchase low and sell high, our fiduciary responsibility
is to our clients, their interests and ultimately getting our
client the best value.
Hard Work Ethics - Aircraft
sales is not a nine to five job. It is a global market and therefore,
we make sure that one of the partners is always available immediately
to speak to a potential buyer, whether it is 10 a.m. in New York,
10 a.m. in London or 10 a.m. in Shanghai.
Discretion - All of our clients
are either high net worth individuals or leading corporations
and their business dealings should always remain private. Therefore,
we ensure that our aircraft sale and acquisition agreements contain
confidentiality clauses, as well as, all of the sample documentation
used during the entire sale process to protect our clients' privacy.
Loyalty - Over 90% of our
clients have bought or sold more than one aircraft with our assistance
over the years. We strongly believe that establishing long term
business relationships is the key to long term success. Therefore,
we always make certain that our actions reflect what is best for
our client even if it makes our job harder. After all, our bread
and butter is repeat business.
