As part and parcel of each and every brokerage presentation we make to a potential client, we prepare a detailed appraisal as to the value of the aircraft under consideration (please click here to view a recent example [PDF file]). Having refined our appraisals to the highest level, we at Loudoun Aviation are now in a position to offer corporate jet and turbine helicopter owners and operators accurate and detailed appraisals of their aircraft with fast turnaround (four business days), at highly competitive rates as detailed below. Unlike many appraisals provided at a cost many times higher than ours from providers who are not actively involved day to day in buying and selling aircraft for their clients-and indeed often have other professions, we do nothing other than analyze values of aircraft day in day out and all year round. b) Where you require an appraisal in two business days as opposed to the standard four day turnaround, this will be done and charged at a rate of US$625.00 c) In cases where you require that we travel to your aircraft location (domestic USA), we charge $1,750.00 plus travel for one appraiser and any overnight expenses. |
