Loudoun Aviation, Inc has entered into a strategic transatlantic alliance with XLA Aviation Services, SA based in Geneva, Switzerland. Should you require management or charter in Europe, Africa, or beyond, XLA Aviation offers a full array of services and has the experience to conduct seamless transatlantic transactions and facilitate your global operations requirements regardless of time zone.   They have experience operating Falcons, Challengers, Hawkers and Citation aircraft.

Crewing
Loudoun Aviation will conduct a detailed recruitment campaign to select the two best candidates to become the aircraft's captain and first officer. We will negotiate their compensation and benefits package and also quickly develop a list of on call at hoc pilots with whom we will be able to work to cover busy periods when necessary. Finally, we will oversee day to day issues such as mandatory drug testing of crew members, crew scheduling, training, etc.

Hangarage
We will locate hangarage convenient to your home and/or office so that your drive to the airport is as convenient as possible. We will also take into consideration the cost of hangarage, fuel, and ground services to make sure the facility is comfortable, safe, and economical.

Maintenance
Based on the aircraft you own, we will hire a dedicated mechanic with experience in maintaining that particular make and model. He or she will be responsible for day to day line maintenance and will be present when the aircraft goes to a service center for heavy maintenance. This will ensure your aircraft is maintained to the highest standard and the work is kept within a reasonable budget.

Cleaning
Appearance and comfort are of huge importance to our clientele. We will arrange for the aircraft to be professional cleaned and restocked before every flight by a safe and reliable aircraft cleaning company. As with all vendors, we will negotiate the best price and make sure they consistently providing first-rate service for your aircraft.
